1- Algae Oil-
The best thing about Algae Oil is that they contain Omega 3 fatty acids and it is much more required in the human body.
One thing to note about omega is that the human body cannot generate omega 3 on its own and we have to be dependent on this thing. So Algae helps you with that.
2- Avocado Oil –
As by name we can easily guess that this oil originates when the avocado fruit is pressed. This oil has countless benefits. This oil can be consumed raw and is very mild in taste.
